Why I built Flowstate
I built Flowstate as a gift to the person I was from 2020 to 2024.
Those were my years freelancing solo as a videographer and working in marketing at tech startups, for small businesses, leading YouTubers and software companies. Juggling all of it on my own, month to month, I made it harder on myself than it needed to be.
I'd spend three hours on a proposal that should have taken twenty minutes. I lost a deal once because I answered two days late. I'd have a great call with a client, hang up, open a blank document and freeze.
I had the talent the whole time. What I was missing was hours.
You talk to Flow the way you'd talk to a friend in the car, or the way you think out loud when it's just you. By the time you pull out of the parking lot, the proposal is written in your voice.
I held on to one rule from the first day. The creating stays with you.

Flowstate turns what you say into a plan with dates and the documents the work needs. You accept the tasks with a tap. Keep the apps you like and export any document to Word, PDF or Google Docs.
Flow starts from what you said and your own details, like your rates and payment terms. It keeps notes on how you write, such as the words you use and how you sign off, which you can read and change in Memory. You can change any line by talking.
No. Flowstate does the work around your work: the plan, the proposal, the notes and the next steps. The song, the shot, the menu and the design stay yours.
It becomes your plan and your documents. The app asks before anything you say or type is first sent to Deepgram or Anthropic, the two companies that turn speech into text and write the first draft. Flowstate does not sell your data or train AI models on your work.
You can try it free for 3 days before you pay. The plans show in the app once you download it and Apple handles the payment. Cancel any time under Subscriptions in your Apple Account settings, because deleting the app does not cancel it.
